Repairing identical weapons

If you have 2 identical weapons, one on the ground and one on the anvil, "repair item" will tell you that you need to hold the item in your hand. "repair item 2" will work but it will actually repair the item that is on the ground, causing it to never cool off until you transfer it to the anvil (transfer ignores the fact that the item is hot). The targeting will still be off, even when you put one of the items into the furnace. (although "repair item 2" will at target the one on the anvil).
