Sniping training dummies yields no guild points

This is intended - neither sniping nor ambushing training dummies should yield guild points.Bug Info: I tried sniping from stealth to get some promotion points and even got You fire an arrow at an animated training dummy! (!) (R: 101 vs D:90) with the sneaky !, but I haven't got any promotion points.
(This was an older one, but I thought I should probably explain it)
