Is it a bug or syntax error that I can't get water from the well, in the well, the moat, in the moat, or at the lake?

fill barrel says the barrel is empty. Tried barrel 2 and water bucket with no success.

With the assistance of a rather versatile flesh golem, a water pump has been installed next to the old well to help draw out what is left of the 'fresh and clean' water at the bottom. *wink wink*
