There is an announcement in the Chapterhouse that says Udemi are supposed to be able to enter Shadgard again now. It doesn't explain how, it simply says to "ask an Udemi." Is this a typo or is there a NPC Somewhere that explains this? Neither of the two Udemi PCs know how to enter.

Yeah. I've looked pretty extensively. The announcement seems like a typo. Im also stumped on this.
