A Bit Of a Barrel Problem

This is something I noticed a while ago with barrels. I'm not sure if it's a bug or intentional, but I know that it can still occur. A while ago, Evelyn and Lysse worked through some pelts of hers and cut them into strips, storing them in a barrel. We were able to fit so many strips of leather into the bundle in the barrel, that it was impossible to pick the bundle back up, or to pick up the barrel.

It appears that this can be done with non-bundling items; for instance, it's possible to fit more nails in a barrel than can be lifted.

I just wanted to make sure the GMs were aware of this if they weren't, as I did not know if it was a bug or not.

Being unable to pick up an over-full sounds good, but having a bundle stranded because you can't pick it all up is a problem.

How much do those nails weigh? I'll have to check and make sure they're reasonable.

I think they probably weigh a pound a piece. Someone was telling me that they managed to do that with a barrel, and I was reminded of my prior bundle issues. I had bug reported that a while ago, I just thought it was worth mentioning again.

Something else I was wondering, do barrels currently have a limit on how many items they can hold?

Container capacity is limited solely by weight, provided the items are the appropriate size to fit in to begin with.

If nails are a pound apiece, there'll have to be something done. Yikes.
