Apparently one of our NPCs broke out of his area and got himself out into public. Whoops.

Was a headless lord really wandering around the Redrock Canyon, or was it a case of illusions or mass hallucinations? It will forever be a mystery!

lol that was pretty awesome... I killed his steed, but couldn't touch him. He very quickly smashed me.
