Thaumaturgy is very broken.

I am not too sure how bug reports are handled in game but here is the bug report I sent earlier.
bug Raw thaumatugy casts are broken. They cannot be used with, cast, cast [target], trance, or trance [target]. I was trying to heal a templar for a quest and it just errors everytime I try.
