I was fishing at the dock and got one of them stubborn fish that won't give up. Then I got tired of playing tug-of-war with the darn fish so I tried to stop but can't. I can't drop the fishing pole. BUT I can just leave the room, and pull in the fishing line which is a 100% catch rate using that method. I first found this out when I got tired of playing tug with the fish, i went did some foraging and noticed that auto-forage didn't work, then I went to chill in the commons for a bit, then I went to market and found my pole was still in inventory. I tried to put it away and the pull in line message popped up. When i pulled in line i caught the darn fish all the way from the abandoned farm dock.
