Prerequisites: Leatherworking: 200, Leatherwork Apprentice
Provides the Trader with an additional 10% bonus to hidden skill rolls when mining(?) and an instant skill bonus.

Provides the Trader with an additional 10% bonus to hidden skill rolls when leatherworking and an instant skill bonus.
Total Bonuses at Mastery: 30% quality bonus.
