I noticed that when I use the "aim" command with spells it has a 5 second round-time. However, when I use it with melee I always have a 6 second round-time.
It used to be that the 6 second round-time penalty was only imposed when you had a low skill rating compared to what you were attacking but now it seems to be constant regardless of how high my melee skill is or what I am attacking. Is this working as intended?
