There is now a public bunkhouse up in the West Shelf Niche of Shadgard! This should be considered one of those things that was always there in the background, not a new construction. In addition to serving the lore/RP purpose of providing a place for people to stay if they can't get an inn room or a private home (which is a reality for fair number of Shadgardians), logging out there will also provide a morale bonus upon login at least 6 hours later, half as much as that of inn rooms. So when you're done playing for the day, consider having your character amble over to the bunkhouse to hang your hat and get some rest!
