Hildibrand asks for help in the infirmary

The dusty rough-and-tumble frontier mining town where you're likely to be looking down the barrel of a flintlock if you cause any trouble.

Hildibrand asks for help in the infirmary

Post by Rias »

Hildibrand recently extended a call for assistance in his infirmary. "We greatly appreciate all those who bring fresh medicinal herbs to us," the healer said, "but lately this has just not been enough. Shadgard has always been a dangerous place, but recently it has become even more so. We just can't seem to keep up with the injured at times."

The healer continued, "While my staff and I will continue to assist those with more major wounds as quickly as possible, we have extended to citizens who are only suffering minor wounds the option of awaiting the assistance of independent healers who are less-experienced. It is our hope that this will not only free up infirmary staff to more efficiently deal with the more severe cases in a timely fashion, but also give the opportunity for independent healers to improve their own skills and thus bolster our overall population capable of treating greater wounds in times of emergency."

----------

Wounded NPCs will now spawn in the infirmary, who can be healed by player characters for practice. Once one is fully healed, they will exit the infirmary, and a new injured NPC will spawn some time later.

The wounded who spawn will now have scrapes instead of light wounds, allowing for even the most inexperienced of thaumaturgists to heal them.
