Dimmes was seen today outside the Barrier to discuss some findings with the local citizens.

He explained, "In light of the discover and research currently being done inside the Ruins of Thaelsh, several records were uncovered which discussed the establishment of outposts and check points previously unknown to the Church.

Scouting expeditions are being organized as we speak and will be traveling to investigate several of these locations in the coming days. It is our hope that any discovery will add to our current research efforts within Thaelsh so that we may learn more regarding the Nethrim in this area of the world and how to counter it."

OOC clarification here as some players seem confused:

The church sent scouting parties looking for other evidence of Nethrim in the area. Areas that were discovered via research done in Thaelsh. There will be news of this very soon.

This is separate from any scouting missions done by the Tse Gaiyan to search for spores, resen, etc.

Just a heads up. The little event I've got planned will take place Wednesday, Nov, 23rd at 11:30pm EST. (8:30pm Pacific)

Father Dimmes met with citizens this morning to offer a report on the scouting missions thus far. He appeared quite tired.

He stated, "As announced previously, we have sent several scouting parties to locations we believed to have been associated with the lost city of Thaelsh. Records we have recovered from the ruins indicate that several locations had been secured by Thaelsh forces before the city was lost. Over the past week, several parties have been sent to these various locations to investigate. Sadly, little has been found thus far."

"All parties, with the exception of one, returned several days ago to report their findings. The party in question should have returned days ago or sent word regarding their location. Unfortunately, we have received no word from them in several days and are concerned for their well being. Due to this, we will be organizing a group this evening to seek out this missing group of scouts to bring them safely home."

"Any assistance in this matter would be greatly welcome. We will be organizing a search party this evening."

Father Dimmes thanked the citizens for their time and disappeared back into the Church.

I am attempting to finish some work up now so that I will have ample time to attend the event. I look forward to meeting with any others who plan to attend.
