With the removal of the Shadgard Outriders as a riding/shooting focused Guild and instead a player organization, there is a rumor in the Hanged Man that may not be as appropriate as it once was considering they can pretty much come from all sorts.

"Never seen someone handle a horse quite like them Shadgard Outriders. Damn, they can go fast, and they can shoot straight or lean down and scoop something up at top speed, too."
