Acting Mayor Gunther asked us to chop down some trees for new construction in town. See my post on the town post board for more info.

You can thank Acarin for that. It seems he was successful in hindering the efforts of the people of Shadgard to build new town defenses.

More keys have been sent out. We'll update the sign. When no keyholders are around, you can store them in a wagon or handcart and leave that in a safe place within town, or hide them somewhere to recover later.

The people of Shadgard aren't eager to leave the safety of town these days. That's why this project depends on and will largely be managed by player characters. You can post your character's thoughts and suggestions on the town post boards for improvements or changes. It's up to the players at this point to decide what's done. The people on the sign are the ones to talk to in order to get things changed.
