Request Board in Town Hall

At player request, there is now a request board just inside Town Hall. Characters may post (and unpost, to remove) requests on the board, for in-character-requesty goodness. The person who made the request wanted it in order to commission some crafting work, so this should be good for craftspeople once more items are able to be crafted and there is more demand. Go Landion and Rithiel, crafting enthusiasts!

The request board has been changed to "a post board" and is now in the Town Commons for easier access. It's also in a snazzy bright magenta color, so people are more likely to notice and use it.
