Crafted Armor and Stealth Check Penalties

With the new changes to armor and stealth, it'd be nice if armor crafters had the option of, when crafting armor, to have their higher quality armor have a higher defensive bonus OR a smaller stealth penalty.

You mean as a lcraft option for leather armor or also for forged armor?
The elements are slaves to no being. One must learn to ask for their aid, the elements offer power to the humble. This is why no one is truly a master yet everyone is a student..
