Slings and shields

Requesting the ability to use slings while holding a shield in the other hand. You hold the sling pouch in your shield hand (the shield is strapped to your arm) and use the hand holding the sling cords to grab a new stone and put it in the sling pouch. See the following video for an example (after he gets it wrong the first time).

Add an extra second of roundtime for using a shield if we feel it needs to be balanced.

That person has an awesome youtube channel. I am totally watching all of his videos.
As for the suggestion, doesn't seem unreasonable. We can probably work something like that in.

That was beautiful. I have nothing against the katana itself, but I have everything against the over-hype, worship, and perpetuation of absurd myths (the ones people insist are true).
