(Idea) Types of Arrows

Why should we only have one kind of ammunition for arrows when the difference between types is not a huge drastic change with technology?
Serrated/Frog tipped arrows
This type of arrow does increased damage to flesh but does reduced armor when the body part is protected by armor(Best against unarmed targets, such as animals).
Heavy/Target arrows
This type of arrow has a more effect against armored targets but does no additional damage to unarmored targets(Best against heavily armored targets).
Grooved arrows
This type of arrow causes the target to lose additional energy for the wound from bleeding(Best for longer fights where targets are harder to hit).
Solid/Blunt arrows
This type of arrow causes significantly more energy damage then the damage done to the target(Best used to subdue a target rather then killing a target).
