CLOK BBS

I am wielding two weapons but no matter which hand they are in the numbers are about 400 and 300. I wanted to know, with enough Two-Weapon Combat skill, will these numbers go closer to 400 each or is it set to be this level of difference?

Currently there is a hard penalty to off-hand parry, but Two-Weapon Combat should be able to bring your off-hand parry in line with your main hand soon, now that you bring it up.
