Dwaedn Vil moved, new taskmaster in Hanged Man

Dwaedn Vil has been moved. Long ago when the MUD was new, the wilderness was a mere 4 rooms big. Dwaedn Vil was added just northwest of Shadgard. The world has gotten a lot bigger since then, and it's time for Dwaedn Vil to move somewhere that makes a bit more sense. It is now far out to the southwest, the path starting in the Abneridge Foothills on the border of the Stirling Expanse. At the foot of a large section of mountains, naturally.
Not wanting to inconvenience people too much, a trainer/taskmaster/promoter has been added to the bar in the Hanged Man, which is in the Redrock Canyon right outside Shadgard.
