[Idea] Recognition point spending

This is a Dwaedn only weapon which should be limited not only to those with bear strength but those who have proven themselves to the clan. The weapon is made to fit the wielder, and not made in mass. Occasionally this weapon is replicated by the craftsmen of the Western Coalition, though seeking them out for a replica is normally seen as a sign of cowardice.
|> Animal Headdress (1,500pts)
(I am not sure how the fluff will lay out with this one just yet.)
