Thaelsh Southeast Quarter

People have been there a few times now on their own, so I'll go ahead and announce it: A new area in Thaelsh has been opened. The nethrim there have very high skill, though aren't uberdangerous like, say, drakolin or crag yeti. There's a sub-area with nethrim that are a bit tougher skillwise than those outside.
