Many mobs become more dodge-capable

Per the changelog: Several common-spawning mobs that had significantly lower dodge than their offense, or no dodge at all, have been updated to have a dodge skill matching their offense.

This should make it more reasonable to practice offense skills against these mobs, since they won't have extremely high offense compared to their defense numbers that are being practiced against. It should also just feel more overall intuitive for training purposes, having most common mobs be generally equal in offense and defense numbers. We can always adjust a mob's rerolls or abilities if for some reason we want it to be easier or harder to land hits on (or for them to land hits on others) without messing with the skill numbers/challenge calculations.
