Shove is relatively new and I was wondering....

If you shove someone you get 6 seconds of RT and the person is able to get back up after 3. Is it intended that the shove is the damage you're supposed to get or are you supposed to be able to give em a good solid whack with your weapon of choice as well? Can't they stay down long enough for me to at least kick them?!

Maybe have a roll that they have to pass to get a slightly worse RT than the person shoving them?

Yeah, that sounds wrong. The RT should be variable based on level of success, but not consistently 3ish seconds. 6 seconds to shove sounds wrong too.

I think it's less when I have something in my off hand, but I never do.

FYI, also can't shove when in combat engagement right now. Is that intended?

Can you give a little more detail? I can shove while at Engage and while under attack, so I'm not sure what situation you're describing.
