Sheath and Unsheath

Post by Rithiel »

As a ranged user, it'd be nice if there was a command to both sheath and unsheath weapons, since it takes me long enough to get attacked at least once to type "wear bow, get rap, get short." I don't think there is a way to make macros, otherwise I'd do that. If you make it, it'd be nice if there was an unsheath2 also, for those that like two weapon combat. And probably a sheath2 to keep it consistent.

That should be doable. I also like a STOW verb to put an item in a container, i.e. STOW TORCH rather than PUT TORCH IN BACKPACK. I'll whip something up.

It'd also be nice if it default stows whatever is in your right hand if you just type STOW.

Righto. I also like the idea of STOW RIGHT and STOW LEFT to stow whatever's in your right or left hand, respectively. And STOW ALL to stow both. Woo convenience verbs! I hope you're appreciating how convenient I've tried to make ranged combat ammo management. It has been a pain and a half to code.

I do, it's quite nce. I keep trying to use ammo like in GS, so it's taking a bit to get used to, but I like it.
