Sceptus Corvus is not dead - nay, he is recovering his power as we speak. Why do you think they never renamed the Corvus Outpost? No, his minions scheme even still, gathering power so when he returns he will ascend once again to claim dominion over the lands. We never saw his body - he isn't dead! The Viali lied, and they paid for their lies with their lives.

My time playing the game during the reign of Sceptus is perhaps my fondest. My character may feel differently. It did at the least nudge him down the path of beginning to believe in his own self-worth as he felt he was useful for something during that tumultuous time. He could have gone down a very different path.
