Re: Weed [plot#]
Also, if half your crop has grown and been harvested, but the rest is still growing, you may want to only weed the plots with actual crops in them, since tilling for replanting automatically kills all weeds.

Queue clear reminder
Hiya. Fairly simple request to have an option to take off the (you may clear your queue at any time) reminder every time you queue something. It adds quite a bit of additional spam to the half dozen lines it already creates. Option 27 doesn't currently cover this. Adding it there or adding an entire...

Re: Thoughts on melee from a game design POV
I feel like 90% of the stuff you suggested is already employed in the game, and the rest isn't needed. The melee skill does exactly what you want as far as there being synergy between swordsmen and unarmed. Someone is actually setting up a combat school as we speak, and non-deadly training is availa...

Re: Skill gain in offensive tactics
I didn't think you could gain skill from parry. I tested it for a while and was never able to gain even a single increase regardless of how many times I parried. You are correct. Okay, just wanted to be sure since you said it isn't possible to gain it while in offensive, I wanted to make sure that ...

I'm guessing it leaped a tall building in a single bound, but didn't land so well.

Re: Dwaedn as glass cannons
One way you could see if there is a significant difference in surviveability would be to custom create two characters of different guilds (or 5 of 5 different guides or whatever) and give them similar levels of skills in relevant skills. Give them their abilities and appropriate equipment and whatev...

Re: About heavy armor, and roundtime
So, the GMs did a bit of testing on it this morning, and I did some tests while they were doing theirs, and I'm about 95% positive that the problem is with the queue (Not the queue that sets up actions while in roundtime), and I'm fairly sure the GMs know this too. Basically what is happening is tha...

Re: About heavy armor, and roundtime
I've noticed fairly regularly that I have about 2-3 second lag from my command being entered to it being executed. It isn't all the time, but it does come up with a regularity that I've not had on any other MU* that I can remember playing. The biggest place I notice this is while traveling in the wi...

Re: new jewelry
I think tiaras would make a bit more sense to be worn, as they can be a simple fashion statement for women, but crowns on the other hand have a very distinct symbol of royalty, usually of the highest order and no other. I'm sure one could be made by any half decent blacksmith, but I agree with bryce...

Re: Dwaedn as glass cannons
I don't know much of anything about the class, but it sounds like part of the problem is that they have multiple buffs that are putting them over the top. Perhaps the easiest fix to it would be limiting or further reducing the number of buffs they can maintain? I mean presumably the 30% combat buff ...

gaslamp theme
So, I'm still very new, only been playing a week or so, but one of the things that drew me to the game was mention of gaslamp, along with western frontier. But honestly I don't get that feel very much from the game. I've read some of the lore for the game, and see how it is mentioned there. The Grum...

Re: Grinding sucks! we know
I usually have a secondary window with either a stream or youtube video playing to split my attention between my HARDCORE GRINDZ. But to be honest, I've found the best way to make it doable is to just not do it at all. I tend to only go out to grind now after I have a few RPAs and I get back to my ...

Re: Generalized Abilities Concerns
Hey all, my first post, so go easy on me. I feel I have a fairly unique perspective as a new player (less than a week) who never knew the old style of how things were set up. I don't know what all has changed, only how things are now. Personally I mostly like them. I like how there is an opportunity...
