I think given the level of repetition involving CVC, this probably won't have the desired effect. Honestly, since both those guilds tend to be the ones leading groups. Given the description of the ability here are some knock downs that never trigger the adrenaline rush ability that i thought might be oversights.

knock downs from:
Shield charge.
War horse kicks.
War horse tramples

And some of the time knock downs from leg strikes won't trigger it either.
