Re: Fish descriptions
Poop fish: This fish looks like a turd! There are several peanut-like nodules covering it, and that yellow spec might be corn it doesn't remember eating.

Re: Disarm
It would be cool to kick it into another room. But I'd have way too much fun with that mechanic, kicking random objects at people.

Re: Concerning Non-Combat Skillgains
Do we really need to keep discussing this? I thought it was pretty clear that the GMs oppose skillgains without challenge. In all contexts.

Re: ESP and it's many uses!
I don't think we need to put restrictions or set up "norms" for ESP use (aside from it being a RP channel, of course). It's completely up to the discretion of the character and how they would use it (or how the player wants them to use it). Similarly to social media today, if someone wants...

It would be fun if hitting someone hard enough would liquify their bowels and make them seep out uncontrollably. What a righteous smell that would cause.

Re: Still scratching my head
Indecent exposure charge?! How did I not know about this... You guys are lucky. In Shadgard, my rep is so low that the guards used to offer me surrender while trying to shoot me in the eye. It's hirrarious. It probably has something to do with the 300+ petty theft charges they tried to stick me with...

Re: Storage for chained weapons (and other sorts)
I've always pictured CLOK's ball and chain weapon as something like this...
![Image](http://www.culture24.org.uk/asset_arena/6/00/78/187006/v0_master.jpg)
As it is literally a ball and a chain.
I would consider the other one a hand-flail.

Re: Storage for chained weapons (and other sorts)
Zomgz.. a flail-snail. On whips: You can actually wear them directly on a belt so you don't need a container for them at all, just a free belt slot. Also, I think the "larger" chained weapons, like a battle flail, can be put in a pole harness (the last I knew). It's just the ball and chain...

Re: Guild of Thieves recruitment issues
I believe it's only possible if a GM is involved in some way. It is all muddled in confusion though, because you're not the first people to have trouble with this. I can't give an explanation for what they are actually looking for to "catch the guild's attention", so I'd like to hear one a...

Re: Where do you hunt?
I'll throw out picking pockets too. You can get stealth gains for that. And that's usually done in urban environments.
Rather or not picking pockets is a skill your Utasa would exercise is up to you. I can see it being useful to them, but not in the "steal to get rich" sort of way.

It's possible to make a copy of a key. Copy it and put one in the bank. Also, if you do lose your keys and are locked out, there are always the NPC locksmith.. have them replace your lock entirely. Not that they wouldn't charge you exorbitantly.
That option would require roleplay.

Re: locksmithing study
Locksmithing is easily the most profitable profession, not to mention extremely exclusive. It is also quite easy to practice. Having the book expedites practicing quite a bit, which I think is more the purpose of having a training book in the first place (to save time, not riln). For that reason, I'...

If a player is sight impaired can't they self-identify just by saying so? I don't know why it needs to be hard-coded.

Re: Infirmary Healing
Well, I knew that, of course! But he was talking about what a healthcare professional would do, not what a CLOK Herbalist would do. Cleaning a wound site locally is totally a modern pre-hospital practice, and a little bit of sterile water does wonders for your complexion. >_<

And just to see the wound better. A wound may only be half as bad as it looked when covered in blood, or twice as bad. You can't tell unless you get a good look! Plus, if somebody is covered in blood it is sometimes hard to see where the blood is coming from. Wash that coppery deliciousness off, the...
