Re: Take that, you stinkin criminal!
Yea, I didn't think of that, but I suppose the chest could be instanced, sort of like houses are for burglary tasks. Then there could be a command for a player to use to hire someone to retrieve their stuff, which would make the chest visible to the hired player.

Take that, you stinkin criminal!
A few suggestions for the "justice system" came to me after a brief stint Jaster had in the Valeria prison earlier. The first is in regards to the stun-subdue method of arrest. In general, this makes it too easy for a criminal to be subdued (granted it does "make sense" in terms ...

Re: General Roleplay Thread
Jaster steals wagons all the time. Jaster is going to continue to steal wagons he sees unguarded. You know why? Because he's a thief, and wagons are easy pickings. Jaster is, quite notoriously, a thief, and will continue to act as a thief would. He takes no particular pride in stealing wagons, simpl...

Re: Lore Week III!
I'd like to know more about the Guild of Thieves. I know there are multiple smaller "chapters" (if you will) of the Guild in different cities, but do they communicate with one another? If so, to what degree? I've always understood that they are separate entities, but are still all "th...

I have encountered a khopesh in game, so I know they exist already. I don't know if they offer any different perks for use or if it is purely a cosmetic name.

Yea. Really, a single longsword isn't a bad way to go. It's good for inflicting multiple bleeding wounds pretty quickly.

I don't recall getting many eyeshots, but certainly if you get one it's almost a guaranteed kill. The same goes for any of the other 'vital' hit locations if they are unarmored and I'm using tactics marksman.

Re: OOC-Free Weekend
Agreeing with Kiyaani, the systems are already in place for players to "self-regulate" their OOC experience. I know for a fact that some people have been using karma to great effect. It seems a non-issue at this point.

Would it be unreasonable to be able to get 3 attacks with dual longswords? Two with the main, one with the off.

Re: Compass size
I don't see why a druid would be able to see further out just for being a druid. Maybe it should change based on the area type equally for everyone if it were implemented. Naturally a person can see at a longer distance in a plains environment, but a person can only see so far in a forest regardless...

Re: New Tasks
Cuir bouilli. I think it's in Shadgard. Player crafted leather helmets cover the eyes as well, as far as I know. And I'm pretty sure there's some leather helmets with eye protection sold in some other shop somewhere, maybe the tanner at the Coalition?
