Re: Oh look it's created by crystal!
Is it possible this could be revisited, considered or reconsidered? It seems that jewelers, with the intricacies of their craft, would appreciate some sort of tiny engraved mark on the inside of the pieces they make. For carpentry, it could be carved in, or maybe smiths could make plaques they could...

Farming is Broken
Farms aren't behaving properly. The plots don't need water, don't ever have weeds, don't grow crops, or go away if completely overgrown. Something's stuck. I was able to till, plant and water initially (two months ago), but after that, nothing's happened. I've seen other people's farms look exactly ...

Re: Autumn emergency, pumpkin pie recipe broken?
it's still broken. I can't farm new pumpkins because farming's broken, and cook with fresh pumpkins because of same. I don't know how old these pumpkins are. I got them from someone. No idea how long they had them.

I've noticed for about two months now that farms aren't behaving properly. The plots don't need water, don't ever have weeds, grow crops, go away if completely overgrown. Something's stuck. I was able to till and plant and water initially, but after that, nothing. I'm going to post this in bugs as w...

Re: Hostilities
That RP last week with the dunwyr was a blast!
I wasn't there for Dorn's RP on Wednesday, but I wish I had been. I wasn't in a great mood that day, which is unfortunate. Ah, the good times that could have been had.
:)
I love the depth of RP lately and I sincerely hope it continues.

Duplicated Poultices
Yesterday, I was making poultice 104. I ended up with something like 202 poultices, and I know for a fact I hadn't made that many. I didn't count as I was making them, but I know I wasn't at it for that long. I saw this bug before, several years ago. When I made poultice 102, it did not duplicate th...

Re: Couple of my thoughts.
I'm sorry, guys. I'm sorry for 1. not playing for several months, noting that concerned me, and posting them here the way I did. 2. posting in the manner that I did. My intent was to express concern, and I was trying to be specific without creating more drama. Looks like I created it anyway :( 3. no...

Re: Couple of my thoughts.
I absolutely agree with this. Thank you, Baerden!!! Hello! Thank you for reducing the penalty on removing tasks. It was killing the enjoyment of the game for me. I think it could still use some improvement, and i'll outline why and maybe we can get a discussion going on how to solve it or put it on ...

Re: Couple of my thoughts.
See below this quote for my response. We would love to have more specific feedback. The hot topics I can think of are mostly Church related - the more involved/patience-requiring initiation consideration process, more specific thaumaturgic guidelines (they were always the expectation from the beginn...

Re: ESP Q&A
I think I missed this in the Q and A, so please nobody think me dense or stupid--I honestly want to know. You spoke of things like emotion--anger, sorrow, etc. What about laughing, chuckling, grumbling? These might be heard in one's mind, and I've seen quite a few people use them. I would like to ha...

Re: General Thaumaturge Guidelines
I read it all. Aren't you proud of me? :P A lot of what was said overall makes sense. A few things I don't agree with, but other things I do. Rias, once I got the clarification on not having to be just so every single time, that helped a lot. Dean, I like what you said. I've never read what you refe...

Re: General Thaumaturge Guidelines
Members of the Knights Templar must carefully control their aggression. A Templar is not a mercenary or trained killer. A Templar seeks always to disarm, subdue, and pacify dangerous individuals, rather than solving a problem by inflicting death. In the cases of mindless nethrim and infested, slayi...

Re: Haiban Dance
The events surrounding the Coalition, Haiben, the Gala were so much fun. I'm sorry I wasn't more active on the night of the dance. RL stuff made it very hard to actually RP. But it was fun to look at everyone decked out and roleplaying together. Good stuff. I definitely vote for more events in the f...

Re: An Idea to Help with Templar Applicants
I've been on other games where promotions are based on skills and the votes of the guild's members, and certain assigned tasks. It felt like work. It was really nice sometimes, but with a small playerbase, it was next to impossible, and my priestess became such largely on her own, without any mentor...

Re: Grum Spring Festival
Thanks, Elystole. I appreciate your laying this out for me. Honestly, I really do feel stupid when I don't think of what's so obvious and clear to everyone else. I bid what I thought the items might go for, and form some not always the max. I'll be bidding differently next time. Faylen wrote: "...

Re: Grum Spring Festival
I'm not just writing this because I, personally, struggled with knowing what were appropriate bids. I know at least one other who had the same struggles. I'd like to suggest something for any future auctions. Could we please have a starting bid, so we at least have some idea of what is appropriate o...

Re: RP Verbs
That's actually a good one.
vomit, puke.
belch, burp, fart.
Oh, so belch is in the game, never mind.
Is there a list of socials/rp verbs/whatever you guys call them? If I had the list I could come up with lots more.

If so, here are some.

I'l need to think up more.

Is this real or another April Fool's joke?
It sounds fun, but I'm wary to believe it since it's the first, and I've already been duped twice today. *coughs* :P

Re: Some new profession changes
Would it be possible to make the logging thing somewhere in the middle? Maybe ten trees, and the gaea gets distressed? The amount of trees used for things in-game isn't scaled to real-life, so logging an entire forest seems absolutely excessive for anyone. There are far better ways to bring in riln....

Re: Some new profession changes
May I ask humbly that pottery be brought back? I thought there were so many potentials there, and this makes me very sad. As a craftsy person, being able to do something in-game that I don't have access to out of game was very fun, and I looked forward to the skill being added for months. Can't wait...

Re: Entitlement and Banning
I think it's entirely possible for burn-out to happen because of rude, sarcastic, snippy players. Completely possible. It's not an excuse.
A game's playerbase will send me packing if it's too abrasive, rude, etc, so why not admins?

Re: Entitlement and Banning
I agree with Faylen. Completely. But I also agree in a less harsher way with Elystole's posts, and Jilliana's. There are consequences for actions, and while being kind to others is certainly of uppermost importance, paramount to any good game environment, being able and willing to discipline or step...

As I told Rias: "I think I just got duped."
Darn! And I was looking forward to a profane knight!
Ah well. I was just thinking earlier that I hadn't been fooled today. I can't say that now. *lol*
