Hiatus
Hi. I'm not going to call out names, so there really is no need to respond or start an argument. I just wanted to throw together something that I was unable to express due to my inability to communicate more concisely and the mob mentality of the chat channel that at times seeks to suppress people's...

I assumed that the thorns spell and any like it were simply calling upon extremely fast growth. Like the cultivate or tangleroot skills.
I dont have the skill so I dont really know.

Thanks for looking into it. Will the bows/staffs be destroyed if they get too damaged or do they reset?

Re: Stableboy Horse Retrieval Service
Ok!
Oddly enough, I ended up finding mine. I tried tracking with his tracks but for some reason it didnt show tracks leading into the thoroughfare.
Do tracks not show when entering or leaving exits like that?

Stableboy Horse Retrieval Service
I'm not sure if this is possible or what you all might think of it, but it would be nice if we could go to the stables and pay an upfront fee for when we know we've lost our horses. That way we dont have to wait around for them to start looking for them. I would think this would save a little time a...

Re: Stave to Staff Bug
Oh, one more thing, long ago if you try to repair the staff while in staff form with druidry it lowers the quality of the bow. I haven't tried it recently though, too afraid to.

Stave to Staff Bug
This is an old one, not sure if it got reported or just got lost in the shuffle. Will bows/staffs auto repair when they reach a certain level of damage as described in the recent firearms thread? guild describe 12 Information on Stave to Staff: Getting caught in melee can be a real danger to an arch...

Baerden's kind of complex.. so he has many theme songs. Re: Training Mobs
Compartmentalizing or adding on to existing hunting areas is a smart move. It accomplishes a few things, most notably, keeps people from spreading out too far between the various areas. I wanted to suggest this in lieu of creating new areas but I didn't want to be such a buzz kill. The reason is, th...

Focused ESP Pulse
Just an idea to make ESP pulsing less clunky. As it is now, if you pulse on a specific color channel, no one knows if its for you, or for someone else, which then leads to everyone tuning to that channel wondering if its for them or not. I propose a Focused ESP Pulse whereby you can pulse your color...

Soul Anchor
It would be cool for the monks/rooks to be able to do a ritual that would anchor your soul to the different approved 'depart' sites like Barrow Hill, and such so that players could change it and also give the monks/rooks a neat RP tool. The ritual or skill could require more than one of each present...

Re: Cap <Skill>
I am not sure how you would explain that ICly. Did your character just decide he would not learn anymore about melee fighting? Yes. I think learning is a conscious decision. Not some by product of repetition. You can learn up to a point with repetition, but people choose not to transcend that barri...

Re: What does your char look like?
Here's the best approximation for Baerden. A few details are amiss, eye color should be green, length of hair should be shoulder length, and should be clean shaven. http://i159.photobucket.com/albums/t125/esincox/Ranger03_zps97828165.jpg Maybe some elements from this too. Namely the mask he wears ov...

I have limited knowledge on most guilds but my own, so correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't the monks the only non "bad" organization (guild/city) that needs rp/gm approval?Kunren wrote:Well, not all role play only entry guilds are "bad" either.
That's not really my main point, though.

Re: guilds and guild recruiters
when going into a guild to ask about initiation it would be helpful if you could ask about info or hq or perhaps where the guildermaster is incase there isn't a player on to show you the ropes it would be particularly useful for those guilds that arnt really supposed to be asked about on the esp an...

Re: CLOK Mudlet plugins
Hi. I made a little round time guage. Its not very accurate, you can see that it gets about a second or two off if you compare the gauge with the round time counter in the upper right, I'm thinking about redoing it using pluginstat supertrigger and the same logic as ouchy hit loc. Anyways, if anyone...

Re: Eating raw meat.
Eating raw meat isn't that big of a deal. I've eaten raw beef, raw chicken, and raw eggs on more than one occasion. I still eat raw eggs regularly. Steak tartare (raw beef) is considered a delicacy, and plenty of native cultures ate raw meat for centuries. I've met people who have eaten raw meat fo...
