How to play:
1. Draw a CLOK character
2. Post the image and let people try to guess who it is.
I'll start.

Re: Utasa lockpicks
"Straight" isn't a lockpick quality. When you do that first pick with it and your new straight lockpick turns into a common lockpick, that's the lockpick updating its description to show its quality and discarding the "straight" description which does not denote quality. It's not...

TYPOCORRECT (TCORRECT) command or something
A command that sends an OOC message to all in the same room correcting a typo, so people don't have to broadcast them over chat. Keep it limited to a single word. Usage: TCORRECT <word> Example: You say, "I sure love dinkin." >tcorrect drinkin [OOC-TYPO Bryce: *drinkin] Of course, if you'r...

Re: Horse Combat Conditioning (not training)
Clarification: This should only apply to when the horse is being ridden, so they're less likely to bolt along with their rider or throw their rider to the ground. If the horse is not bearing a rider, then I think they should still flee when attacked, for their own survival.

Horse Combat Conditioning (not training)
I have a horse. I love my horse. My horse is not war-trained. I do not want a war-trained horse. I do, however, think it would be neat to get a "combat conditioning" trait somehow, whether through a special merchant at events or through some other means, to make it so that non-war-trained ...

Re: How do you feel about CLOK's wilderness system?
My own thoughts on the two options. Wilderness/Overworld system: - Makes the world feel both large and small at the time. The map gives you a sense of scale which helps make the world feel big and open, yet also makes the world feel small because getting from point A to point B is often a fairly str...

Re: How do you feel about CLOK's wilderness system?
In CLOK, when you're in Shadgard or Tanglewood or Kildr Dale, you're in an explorable area. There are specific paths you can follow to move around. When you "go wilderness" out onto what might termed an overworld map, you're in the wilderness. You can generally go any direction even if the...

Re: forces on the roads
I'm all for progress in this storyline one way or another, but in the meantime is it possible for you to just go around the occupied towers, or just generally stay off the roads as much as possible when you're in their territory? I know my heartrate and paranoia go up just running around in the Corv...

Can people ask Twilight Eye to recover stolen registered items for them, or is that just for dropped and otherwise accidentally lost items? If so, that could help comfort people who had a treasured weapon stolen.

Re: Consolidated Wyrvardn ability suggestion thread
I don't think Wyrvardn need a specific means of countering nethrim in particular. Being willing to fight nethrim doesn't equate to specializing against them. Considering the lore about Wyrvardn and Templar being very close allies, I figure they let the Templar be the specialists in that particular s...

Re: A little bit of something
For a culling task, what about something like this: "Hey, there are a bunch of infested in Tarueka, they need culling. Go see if you can thin their numbers, and report back in a bell." Then for each infested you cull during that bell (or hour, for the uninitiated), you get a task credit. O...

Re: Drunk Roleplay
Kinda like real life, right? If someone I know in real life is constantly drunk, I just avoid them because it's annoying and gets old fast in reality as well. I don't think the players need to be told or encouraged to stop if that's their character, though. If they're doing it to the point it's anno...

Oh, so an animate's skills are lowered if necessary so they don't go above the caster's sorcery skill? The line
had me confused.Noctere wrote: if the caster animating the animate has 2500 skill in sorcery then all of the skills in the animate will also be at 2500.
