I also think that there is need for a shortcut. I'd add the ground as a virtual container so you could 'transfer strip meat from ground to backpack'.

Would you mind implementing:
a. Transfering from a container I'm not holding (e.g. a handcart).
b. Transfering from or to the ground.
This would be usefull for transfering ore to the furnace and picking up logs after chopping a tree.

bundling herbs

It is very anoying to move 26 comfreys from my backpack into the mortar. A lot of scroll and time would be saved if herbs would automaticly form bundles.

But doesn't the ability to use many different weapons make you able to always pick the right one against the mobs you are fighting? Therefore it would be right that tasks get more difficult if you train different weapon skills. If I am wrong, pleas don't worry to say it. I'm not that experienced wit...

I'm supporting the idea too. It is also good that then people who want to do woodworking but not carpentry don't have to leave trunks in the forest but can use the whole tree.

Faulty test of arrow weight

My arrows are heavier if they are in two bundles than in one. Very anoying when gathering. This also happened when I had much fewer arrows (around 20). ERng> gath ar None of your containers could possibly hold the weight of the resulting bundle. You gather 13 arrows into a single bundle on the groun...

I hope noone minds if I awake the topic. My additional suggestin is bait. So deer etc. will walk into a trap if you put corn etc. next to it. Foxes etc. will eat meat.

My idea to reduce the abuse potential and bring in Acarins view is to give perception xp for attacking hidden people. It seems strange, but the effect for not abusers would be the same as when they'd get the xp from the hunt command. And it includes all ways you detected the hiding player/mob.

perception from hunting

I request that to HUNT succesfully gives perception xp.
Reason 1: It makes sense that you can train it without geting ambushed. (A silly way to train something.)
Reason 2: It just makes sense. (You are using all your senses to find animals)

putting logs in handcart

It does not make any sense to me that, when chopping a tree, branches are automatically placed in the handcart but logs are not. If nothing goes against it, I'd love if my logs would go into my handcart on their own.

Leaseable rooms in inns

For the people who are not (yet) in a guild, it would be nice to have a room in an inn. It would of course cost a bit, but you could deposit your stuff and sit there and craft a bit without being interrupted.

You actually can set "nicknames" with a lot of mud clients. Just filtering the input for certain words and replacing them isn't to difficult. And I don't think, a lot of people use the web client for very long. (Please correct me if wrong.) On the other hand, clients don't know what is a c...
