perhaps we could get message board objects in certain guild areas for communication within those guilds? I've taken a guess at which place you meant and placed a post board there. Most, if not all, guilds should have a post board in their major hubs so if anyone knows of any other major guild areas...

It might be good for the syntax to be MAIL <ITEM> TO <NAME/BOX> so you have to specify the item, instead of it just grabbing whatever's in your right hand. That's the agitation system I mentioned, Artus. It and the Valeria phantoms are the same here as they were on COGG. I believe the issue is that the mobs aren't de-agitating when an area "freezes" from no PCs being around, so if the area becomes empty of PCs when a phantom is currently agit...
