I'm still getting occasional "Attack what?" in the middle of a battle before the hostile I'm fighting is dead. I think that might be another, unrelated, bug.

It would be nice to have a new OPTION, set to enabled by default, that will determine whether or not the text like
(type release to stop channeling) and (type stop to stop battling) and all that kind of stuff is displayed or not.

For now, I'm just using a gag trigger in my mud client.

CMUD seems to be confused by the room type descriptions (the stuff after the name) and the ambient information like noise and light.

Considering there is some kind of roll when you try to change to pos avoid while engaged in melee combat with a hostile, I think the same kind of check should apply when attempting to leave the room.
