Re: Fed Up, taking a break
Glad you got it worked out. My offer to burn down towns still stands though.

Re: Smash ore chunks into ore nuggets
I wouldn't care if they can't be smelted after smashing them. I just want to be able to throw and sling the nuggets at enemies, especially iron at nethrim.

Re: Fed Up, taking a break
Sorry Jirato. I for one appreciate your adding some of my requests to to the accepted list. Enjoy your break and do something for you when you get back. Remember you should be doing this for your own fun, not just for us. And give me the names of people who are bugging you so I can burn their towns ...

Smash ore chunks into ore nuggets
Allow us to smash up chunks of ore with a pickaxe to produce a few small nuggets of the ore, as well as some stones. These nuggets could be sold or smelted, and like the stones they could also be thrown or used in a sling. I'm mainly interested in the last. Slinging iron nuggets at nethrim.

Re: Request: Bandaging in the dark
The ability to at least stop bleeding would be good. Some places are completely dark through the whole area, I don't think people hurt and lost in those areas should be unable to bandage themselves just because it's dark. What about doubling or tripling the roundtime and the difficulty. Make it a pe...

Re: Give us tools to drive our own events
Well the suggestion was so that you could give us the ability to do more ourselves instead of having to request or email or bug GMs every time we need something little, and would be a net gain in saved time for both of us. The GMs don't have to deal with all the little requests, and the players don'...

Give us tools to drive our own events
I was going to bump one of my Dunwyr request threads for the GMs but then I thought it might be better to make a more general and public post. Another GM has resigned. The dev is overworked IRL. We see little hide nor hair of most of the other GMs. What is probably going on is life just being what i...

Re: Stop nutkicking through guards
It must be two different things then. I thought they were the same. As much as it would hurt me, I think it should make the target paranoid.

Re: Stop nutkicking through guards
Are you sure ranged ambushing doesn't make them paranoid? They start searching for me when I shoot. But I can agree with guards being extra mindful when they are paranoid like that and being possible but not guaranteed to intercept during that. That make sense. The first shot would have to count.

Re: Stop nutkicking through guards
I would like to continue to be able to snipe guarded targets if none of the guards spot me. I don't think the guards are going to form a constant solid shield wall if they don't even know there is a threat nearby.

Re: The Mine
And I think it is unrealistic to expect everyone to conform to the standard of "Always be prepared to loose anything and everything". Either you accept the possibility that you might lose sometime, or you don't. I don't think anyone should be constantly thrown under the bus unless they ar...

Re: The Mine
Loosing is easier to deal with if you know there is a possibility of loosing. As a Corvite I know and run risks, as a Dunwyr there are obvious risks. Always assume there's a possibility of losing. To think otherwise is sheer arrogance and entitlement. Should people think they're entitled to have an...

Re: New Urban hunting ground
We thought about using smoke wolf's pelt as a throw rug, but decided it was too ugly to grace our civilized buildings. It might be ok for some Dunwyr mud hut though? Typical Coalition ignorance. You can't skin a smoke wolf, and Dunwyr live in tents, not huts. Next you'll be saying we kidnap your ch...

First I was intrinsically nasty, now I'm intrinsically hateful. Are you done editing your post after I've responded to it so my responses no longer make sense? I don't hate you man, get a grip. I do get annoyed at the way you phrase many of your complaints to be so caustic. It's not only rude, but c...

Intrinsically nasty. Thank you, that's what I was looking for. Cut back on the intrinsically nasty complaints you make and stick to the more productive and civil ones.

Re: Appalling lack of IC'ness to learning abilities
The result would be an appalling lack of someone calling your crazier complaints out. You do bring up plenty of good points from time to time, Kent. I find myself agreeing with you sometimes. I think those moments would be a lot more recognized and productive if you toned down your more over the top...

Re: The Mine
Please never do something like this again. I have the opposite request. Please do things like this more often. Make the world a dynamic living one instead of a static dead one. It can target myself and the Dunwyr if the GMs are worried other people will be too hurt and offended by change. I won't m...

Re: Appalling lack of IC'ness to learning abilities
Learning something on your own isn't telepathy. It's also not telepathy to learn an ability eventually from the hundreds or thousands of times you got training in a skill. I would tell you to give it a rest, but you'll just move on to something else to say is appalling or terrible or OOC just becaus...
