This Basic Training skill-set is available to the Utasa branch of Tse Gaiyan.
It provides an instant boost of 50 to Perception and Stealth, 35 to Locksmithing, 25 to Herbalism, 20 to Marksmanship, and 10 to Hurl Weapon, Climbing, and Swimming.
